• Pack Size: 1 - Product Code: FFF-EB466 - Flexipan mini cake mould. 60 x 40cm sheet with 24 individual 86 x 46 x 14mm rectangular depressions. Spread or pour any type of preparations: fruit jellies, ganaches, coulis, crème brulee, etc. Also suitable for biscuits and cakes. nb: it is recommended that the mould is placed on a perforated sheet or rack during use. Temperature range -40degC to +280degC. Easy turn out due to the flexibility and non-stock properties of the Flexipan. Easy clean - just dip in soapy water and clean with a soft sponge. For quick drying, place in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes at 100degC. NB: Silicone sheet only supplied (rack shown in image is not included).
