Returning Goods
Goods ordered by a Customer cannot be returned to Factory 1st unless Factory 1st agrees.
The Customer shall pay all re-stocking fees and other costs incurred such as administration charges. The customer will make the necessary arrangements to return goods at their own expense.
The relevant refund will be issued once the goods have been returned in the appropriate time period, in the original packaging and undamaged.
No claims OR returns can be considered unless received in writing within 24 hours of delivery, or in the case of non-delivery within 24 hours of despatch.
Note some of our suppliers produce/ship in products to order and these items will not be returnable.
