Ideal for cooking pastry, the exopan combines the quality of cooking in tinplate with the simplicity of use of a non stick surface. The fineness of the steel contributes to developing the colour of the products. Simply wipe clean inside and outside. This material should not be exposed to humidity (dishwasher, fridge); not recommended for fruit and vegetable mousse - use stainless steel or exoglass round baba moulds.
